Sopra Steria was looking for a unique way to communicate their recognition as the best workplace in Norway. The fact that it was the third year in a row that they had received this prestigious award meant they needed a new and unique way to celebrate. Any initiative needed to maximize the internal sense of pride and, ideally, also increase external visibility.
Together with SEEN, Sopra Steria was able to develop a personalized video campaign, that recognized each individual employee’s contribution to the company's accolade. The videos incorporated the employee's first name and the date they joined the team, delivering a unique and engaging experience directly to each team member.
The campaign was designed not only to build a personal sense of pride & accomplishment. The landing pages that housed the videos were optimized to encourage employees to share their videos on social networks such as LinkedIn, increasing the overall reach.
The campaign achieved a 92.8% audience net reach and 96% video views, with a 22.26 frequency. It was widely shared by employees on LinkedIn, enhancing Sopra Steria's image as a top employer.
In light of its massive success – Sopra Steria's personalized video campaign ended up winning the Nordic Championship gold in the employer-branding category at the 2021 Magnet Awards.
